A crisis can pop up at any time in our life, which is why it was important to me to add this permanent page.

Below are two largely accessible resources in the California state and national community. These are open to anyone regardless of being my client or having insurance.

Personal and Immediate Crisis

You can feel comfortable contacting the Crisis Text Line to speak to or communicate with a volunteer Crisis Counselor.
