About the Therapist

It is my experience and understanding that we as humans encounter waves throughout our lifetime. Many are serene, others tolerable, and some come crashing down with weight. It is an honor to walk with you during those times through therapy.

My Mission

As a child born to immigrants from Mexico, I am passionate about normalizing mental health treatment and improving accessibility to mental health care for all, especially for folks of marginalized intersectionalities. I am a former client myself, and my experiences in treatment have largely influenced my strong belief in and desire to advocate for providing affirming care. This provides the foundation needed for building a safe, trusting relationship that leads to your empowerment and growth.

Also good to know – I’ve worked with individuals and families of all ages and backgrounds at various social, educational, and clinical settings for over 15 years. It might also be helpful for you to know that ADHD is a lived experience for me, especially if this is an area you have questions about.
